godep vendoring #17

Homebrew is in the process of deprecating go_resource blocks. https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/issues/21801

As godep is already in use would it be possible to update it and tag a new release to include https://github.com/urfave/cli (renamed from github.com/codegangsta/cli)?
