Added a new entry to block-explorers.md with a link to "ethstakers.club."

Let me know if I should add more information to each entry. It appears somewhat lacking.

I made one minor change: Given that the list is not in any order, I added it to the bottom such that we are appending a new entry to the list of block explorers.
