this is not working for downgrade in windows.. is the "command" (set )a separate command or or part of the command line options flag? need better instructions here..
figured it out, the set command only works for the current command window, it's not a global environment variable. you have to run the set command every time you open a new dos window, which sucks for people who use the scheduler.. big problem.
