Type missing: percentage

I'd like to be able to add % for the humidity rate for example, that seems to be quite an important unit to me

ratio does exists in the data-type structure, but they are not used (yet), either by the app, the browser or the csv importer.

From where do you want to import ratios firsts?

@perki I personally have a use for it in IFTTT for humidity but I think it can be even more important in the app, maybe we should ask during the weekly

It's needed to Withings too (SPO2). As discussed with Perki let's add ratio/percent of type number.
