Cannot reproduce, it's permanent situation for all kinds of files? or only one 
time
situation? Maybe only for specific file, or specific type of file?

Looking at error message I may suppose that it's some problem with connection 
to or
from Google Docs servers.

same here. Every kind of files (odt, doc, ods and xls). OOo 2.3.1, java 6_03, 
XP SP2.

Import works very well.
Export get this error msg 1s after click. No dialog to input user/pass settings 
is
proposed, but maybe it takes those from the import settings dialog.

It's possible that it was problem with parsing file names.. It should work with
latest version

bum!
suddenly you got this message? 
Currently I'm not able to download any file from Google Docs, but not only by 
OOo2GD
but even by Google Docs interface, so now it's Google Docs problem.

Do you work in network with proxy servers? Does uploading and downloading by 
Google
Docs interface works?
