Just updates gathered as I levelled some professions and chasing achievements. I have extracted WoD follower items into a separate file but still under the TradeItems category.

Appreciate the PR, nice additions, i've removed 2 id's that didn't exist on wowhead (i'm using that as my source of truth) and made some minor changes, should be on the next curseforge alpha release soon :)
