Update fishing.lua #24

Added missing fish - Elysian Thade (173037) & Precursor Placoderm (187702)

This is my first time doing a pull request, I hope I did it right :)

Close enough, change also needs to be applied in src folder also, but that's fine i'll get that merged in, thanks :)

Ok I have no idea what I'm doing haha

I have started gathering item ids for the dragonflight stuff - I'm just sticking them in a spreadsheet bc that's the easiest way for me to organize it all right now (and stuff is still changing bc Beta)... I will try to figure out how to do github stuff correctly. :)

Just trying to save you some time cuz I love the addon ^_^

Appreciate it, only reason I haven't added many of the items yet is wowhead lists were a bit messy, be easier once DF is launched for sure :)
