Finalize texture manager, add demo #13

This pull finishes the texture manager. Also included is a coverflow demo (youtube video) using the texture manager.

The demo includes 5 game covers (as seen in the video). I think they can be used freely but I'm not sure. I can remove the game covers or the entire demo if needed.

The game covers have been replaced with royalty free images from pexels.com.
