Fixes for proper ps2sdk updating #19

Isn't the release-clean command for maintainers to run, before making a release? In this case, before a commit? It is also possible that I have mistook its purpose though.

release-clean just removes all files that was installed by ps2sdk

But you are right this command is obsolete I will remove it
