Trouble building newlib-1.14.0 #73

I get the same error as Issue #64 but I have makeinfo / texinfo installed. I'm trying to build it on Debian GNU/linux 7.11 (Wheezy) on my android phone through an app called GNURoot.

All good now I'm using a total different linux emulator now called UserLAnd and I don't have that error.
