[ISSUE]: GSM increases the speed in some european games when it is set in 1080i 60Hz

Describe the issue

Recently, I've tried to play Gran Turismo 4 (PAL) with GSM activated (1080i 60Hz), but I noticed that the game increases the speed. Is there a solution?, adding a 1080i 50Hz option to GSM could solve this issue?, because the NTSC version works at normal speed.

Example; When in a career the game reaches one minute, the game displays 1:12 minutes. So I think it's 1.2 times accelerated

Today I did a test with the PCSX2 emulator. I've changed the Frame rate PAL=50.00 to Frame rate PAL=60.00, and the game increases the speed exactly like the OPL+GSM test. It went from a normal speed to 1.2 times faster. Tekken 5 and Enthusia experience this issue as well. Maybe adding a 1080i 50Hz option could be the solution, but I don't understand how GSM works, and I don't know if this is possible. So, sorry if I said something silly :(
