Describe the issue

Grand Turismo 4 Launches but does not go past the first splash screen again, freezes on black screen. last known version to work v1.2.0-Beta-2061-80fa338 where it was fixed before a contributor fjtrujy mentioned that lseek64 is broken. perhaps it is broken again.

God of war works for the most part but slowly starts to stutter and then freezes after about 40 minutes of play.

@fjtrujy seems 64 bit functions still has some bugs

Sorry, but I don't see anything else wrong... I have no idea where the issue could be. Would be nice to apply the same tests in neutrino (once PRs are merged https://github.com/rickgaiser/neutrino/pulls) just check if everything is working as expected, if it does then the problem must be in OPL, if not, it will be in PS2SDK. I had the same issue. It is like there is a removed code from the source that gives perfect compatibility with DVD9 ISOs (GT4, GoW2, MGS2 Substance...). And believe it or not, I am trying the 2065 version, and freezes while loading the games list.

All the PR have been merged in neutrino, could you actually try if it is working?

Since the update of PS2SDK, there have been constant issues and compatibility issues compared to the old version.
