[ISSUE]: Football Kingdom [SLPS_203.74] doesn’t work with any version of OPL

Describe the issue

The game Football Kingdom Trial Edition [SLPS_203.74] does not work with any existing version of OPL. The game freezes as soon as the initial FMV starts, preventing you from continuing. The only way to start the game is to be very quick in skipping the video with the O button, this isn't always possible. The issue was reported by a user in the past but the issue was unfairly closed due to incorrect reporting of its functioning: https://github.com/ps2homebrew/Open-PS2-Loader/issues/675 There are many people in the community who have encountered the problem, the person who responded in the report linked above is the only one who has no problems with this game.

I tested it with USB and SMB, with different USB devices, with 2 different consoles (Slim 7000 and Slim 7700), with all OPL modes and with the following OPL versions: OPL 0.8 OPL 0.9.2 OPL 0.9.3 OPL 1.0.0 OPL 1.1.0 OPL 1.2 Beta 1968 OPL 1.2 Beta 2011 OPL 1.2 Beta 2014 OPL 1.2 Beta 2065

The game always has the same problem, it freezes after about 1 second from the start of the initial video.

As per my replies of your posts in PSX-Place, the intro video works in HDD though stuttery (probably caused by my 3rd party adapters).

OPL Stable 1.1.0 SMB - works well

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2061 SMB - works well

My PS2 model is SCPH-90008. I use redump images and don't use PADEMU, VMC, GSM.
