[ISSUE]: Infinite Loading when joysticks are plugged

Describe the issue

Some games are doing this, an example is the incredibles rise of the underminer ps2

If I have the controls connected, when I am in the game menu and then click to start the missions. On the mission loading screen, it keeps loading infinitely. When I remove the joystick, the game loads.

When I try to play in multiplayer, when I select Yes to start with the second player, the game crashes. If I take the controller away from player 2 and put it back again, the game unlocks.

Other things its about cutscenes. Its frozen and stucking sometimes

However, this only happens with OPL, the game via DVD does not give this error.

There was another guy with the same problem. I found out it was the control connected to the opl because of this guy.

For resolve cutscenes problem: use the configs bellow. All modes is off
