[ISSUE]: NBD server read only, despite writing being enabled in the config

Describe the issue

Despite having write operations enabled in the OPL settings (even confirmed mc0:/OPL/conf_opl.cfg has enable_delete_rename=1 in it), the NBD server returns EPERM when attempting to write to the disk using pfsshell or hdl_dump.

I've confirmed this issue with two different drives in the PS2 and two different Linux VMs.
