[ISSUE]: MX4SIO only, after IGR list of games isn't detected

Describe the issue

No matter what after IGR I'm back in OPL at USB games and to list games from MX4SIO I have to manually replug either MX4SIO or SD card.

Last time I tested (3 days ago) it worked as intended

same here. I have a chipped (original matrix if that matters) fat 50001 and Bitfunx MX4SIO, tested with sandisk 32gb and adata 64gb sdcards with OPL beta 1989-0a477b2. I boot through regular HDD-OSD, not FHDB or FMCB. if I do boot through FMCB the problem disappears though.

I suspect is has something to do with the fact that when doing IGR with FMCB it performs a hard reset while HDD-OSD just kick me back to the ps2 browser.
