Can't launch OPL versions newer than 0.9.3

Hi!

I can't seem to launch any OPL version newer than 0.9.3. Trying to do so simply gives me a black screen.

I have tried these things:

• Deleted old OPL config
• Launching OPL from memory card (freemcboot)
• Launching OPL from memory card (ulaunchelf)
• Launching OPL from USB drive (ulaunchelf)
• All of the above methods with no HDD adapter connected

Nothing I do seems to make a difference. When launching any version of OPL newer than 0.9.3 the screen goes black and the light on my controller goes off. I have tested using 1.0.0, 1.1.0, and 1.2.0 beta.

My PS2: SCPH-50001 w/ Matrix Infinity chip Gamestar HDD adapter w/ 500GB SSD

I don't think the HDD adapter or SSD is to blame, as even when they are not connected OPL will not start.

OPL 0.9.3 works with no problems.

I would say this could be some GSM setting activated in the opl folder of the memory card, but if nothing try to install FHBD on hard drive or format, memory card with Annitator memory card try to check if your memory card is original and if it has MagicGaye because it is the main one to work FMCB and other devices with opl even some working without it because they are good quality memory card is not very common this, also try other options like funtuna already comes with opl version 1.0.0

I decided to do a clean install. Removed FMCB, cleared memory card, and then installed OPL 1.1.0. Everything is working fine now. 👍
