[ISSUE]: Games not booting from internal HDD when using OPL v1.0.0+ on PSX DESR

Describe the issue

If I launch a game from the internal HDD with OPL Stable v1.0.0 it boots without any problem. But when I use a clean install of OPL stable v1.1.0 or OPL v1.2.0-Beta-1949-238ed8e I always receive a pink screen (debug color) when I try to launch the game and the PSX gets stuck (HDD LED is constanly loading).

Other OPL versions I tested: v1.1.0 DB Beta Build 1939 -> Game boots in this build. v1.1.0 Beta Build 1633 -> Game also boots in this build.

Just checked with OPL-v1.2.0-Beta-1949-238ed8e, the same result. The pink screen comes immediately after launching the game and there's no more loading.
