[ISSUE]: POPSTARTER reset leads to black screen 1968

Describe the issue

OPL Version : 1968 Issue: When using control reset (L1/2/R1/2+Start+Select) on a ps1 game(popstarter) the ps2 will get stuck in a black screen, when restarted it will go to browser and only after 2nd restart it will come back to OPL screen.

Edit: Downgraded to 1959 and i have no issue restarting now, indeed something not working with 1968 i belive.

The POPStarter, like the rest of the applications that can be launched from the OPL applications menu, has nothing to do with the OPL. Doing reboots that revert to the OPL itself also sometimes crashes when playing PS2 games. Use that version of the OPL if it works for you for that specific action, or better use the modified version of krHACKen's uLaunchELF to launch the games from that emulator and forget about the OPL.
