[X] I have checked existing OPL issues for duplicates and found none
[X] I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

In FreeMCBoot OPL is set to auto load. Starting OPL through uLaunchElf after reboot has the same effect. Only starting PS2 OSDMAIN first after reboot makes OPL start properly.

I don't have this problem on SCPH-90008 with OPL Beta 1.2.0 1987 (IGR starts wLE).

@AKuHAK v1.2.0-Beta-1979-d26da79 was the last build that did not have the issue. Starting with v1.2.0-Beta-1981-a88fbd0 the app was stuck loading even on fresh boot. Which was fixed in #924.

Tried latest OPNPS2LD-LANGS-v1.2.0-Beta-2014-3ffd5dc. The issue is resolved.
