[ISSUE]: Games from CD Folder are not included on the game list on mx4sio

[X] I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

I have UL, DVD ISO and CD ISO all on their corresponding locations.

ONLY DVD/ and UL are listed, ISO inside CD/ is not loaded and even games.bin is not made
