Describe the issue

Hi, I installed the first game (Spider-Man)

~$ sudo ./hdl_dump inject_dvd /dev/sdb "Spider-Man" /run/media/r/FILMS_01/PS_Games/PS2/Spider-Man\ \(USA\)\ \(v2.01\)/Spider-Man\ \(USA\)\ \(v2.01\).iso
100%, 1 sec remaining, 28.32 MB/sec

and all works well! When I try to install further different games I get this:

/dev/sdb: partition with such name already exists: "Silent_Hill_2".

but if I read the hdl_toc I only have the first game I installed:

~$ sudo ./hdl_dump hdl_toc /dev/sdb
type size flags dma startup name
DVD 2962240KB 0 *u4 Spider-Man
total 953856MB, used 5120MB, available 948736MB

So why I get that message? I'm a newbie and did I do something wrong or there is an issue?

OS: Fedora 38 Kernel: 6.3.12-200.fc38.x86_64 HDD: segate sata 1TB

I used fd285d0 (latest development build) and followed the instructions from https://github.com/ps2homebrew/hdl-dump/#intro and installing games seems to work fine.

Try running the toc command and make sure that the partition name is something like PP.S*US-#####...SPIDER_MAN
