Pull Request description

make uLaunchELF link .cfg files to texteditor

(compiled with ps2dev && ps2eth both of them cloned and compiled yesterday)

You can launch Text editor and then locate the needed file. I don't see a reason to add this feature into wLaunchELF. Moreover, you braked all the formatting in the files.

I made this pull request because it's very annoying to go back to Misc while copying an existing title.cfg for a new app. But since no one answered here in a week I decided to use that repo as my own fork of wLE
