Samples are broken #123

Hey there! I installed ps3dev/ps3toolchain, and after I built everything (no problems there), I tried to compile the samples. Several times, I got the error that spu_bin.h is missing, as well as many things in the cairo example.

Are those known problems? Or am I missing something here?

I know i came too late but can you try my pr #114 . It should fix your problem.
