problem with libtiff host #15

The script 010-tiff tries to download libtiff from this address: ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/libtiff/tiff-3.9.4.tar.gz Don't know if the issue is just with me, my isp, my region, whatever. The problem is that I can't download that and the build breaks and had to start over with a new download link, I'm using this http://download.osgeo.org/libtiff/tiff-3.9.4.tar.gz now.

fgalea already made a workaround for remotesensing.org not working in @117c47a335a3f3beb84184d7fb096e2414762067, are you sure you have the latest ps3libraries?
