Updated libcurl to the latest version 7.31.0.
Ported polarssl 1.2.8 to psl1ght.
Reorganized ps3libraries script order to compile curl with polarssl support. SSL support is enabled in curl.
Ported lib json-c to psl1ght.
Updated patches for libcurl, polarssl for compilation.

Hopefully this should help anyone trying to build an online ssl application with curl on ps3.

Why did you remove execute permissions from some of the scripts?

Must be unintentional. I'll fix that.

Edit: I think it was the github file editor that changed the perms. Let me retract this pull request and do this right.
