Updated build instructions for RedHat based systems #117

Added build instructions for Fedora/RHEL Linux distros and reformatted the build instructions for easier readability.

Honestly, the instructions should probably be in another place, like the wiki or a docs folder or in the scripts to generate docs. Maybe https://github.com/reconquest/shdoc

Also, we should be running prettier on this code. Maybe I can work on that after the big projects I have in progress on my other softwares.
