Use on a Windows host #4

Hi,

can this template be used on Windows? I suppose the Go program needs to be able to be compiled on Windows and the Userparameter needs to be adapted for Windows. But can it be done?

Windows is not supported because plugins are only supported on Linux, FreeBSD, and macOS.
