Add support for 8.57-based images #78

FS Image 30 was shipped on 8.57.02. The vagabond scripts fail while checking the minor version:

Tools Version: 8.57.02
Tools Major Version: 8
Tools Minor Version: 57
Tools Patch Version: 02
PeopleTools version could not be determined in the bs-manifest file.
