CRT as Second Display flag? #4

Hi! Any chance of adding a flag to acknowledge the scenario where the CRT is Display #2? As it currently is, it works if you manually change which display is primary. I'm a real noob so apologies if this isn't something the daemon controls but rather the prerequisite driver!

Found ways to disable primary monitor via batch file and avoid the issue.
