[Backend] - Setup SMTP to send email notifications

Where and when we need to send Email:

• When a new Volunteer is registered

  • [ ] Send a welcome message for every new volunteer

• When a new help is created

  • [ ] Send a message to the creator containing the information of his help/request
  • [ ] Send alert mail to users who subscribed to new help requests (:timer_clock: in the future maybe)

• When a new Volunteer shows is availability to help to a specific request

  • [ ] Send a message to creator saying that a new person wants to help him, so he knows there is people who wants to help and how

I mentioned the "use cases" because You said about it before (Telegram). To check where or when we need to send a mail before set it up (SMTP settings)

Uma vez que a ideia é usar o SMTP apenas para envio de emails automatizados, penso que o ideal neste momento será usar o Mailgun.
