Determine tank size for three LOX fills #1

Check in with the rocket engine and larger group for a "reasonable number of LOX fills", especially based on fill/purge valve sizes.

The setup may only support one fill before time limits are hit, but calculate the volume need and tank size.

This ticket shall be accepted when a tank volume and at least one viable tank model is posted in the comments here.

The calculation may be done with a quick code script? (transcribing thoughts from LFETS meeting)

Or will be set up using a Jupityr Notebook, sounds like.

Erin says that the notebook is giving answers and numbers, but not yet reasonable answers.
