Issue: System PID is in need of updates to reflect changes.

Description: The system level PID needs to reflect the currently selected parts laid out in the Bill of Materials.

PID reference numbers need to be correctly assigned for each item on the PID
Each PID reference number needs to have a corresponding line in the Bill of Materials, even if the item is not yet specified.
New PID legend (PDF) file needs to be created and posted on GIT

Deliverable

SVG & PDF file containing System PID with all components correctly labeled.
PDF copy of updated PID legend with all System PID components listed.
