The following things need to complete the fin frames:

[X] CAM for the particular machine used.
[X] Machining the profiles of the frames.
[X] Figure out how to accurately machine those "knife edge" chamfers in 1/8" aluminum.
[X] Machining the leading/trailing edges.

This is mostly a 2D part. The leading and trailing edges have chamfers. The materials and chamfer mill have already been purchased.
