RNH umbilical link light launch detect #28

The hardware guys are going to add a modwire from the umbilical ethernet link light to a gpio pin on the RNH. The RNH should get an interrupt on change and send this out over the RocketNet to the FC.

Do we want to implement the denounce mechanisms from flight-servo into this?

We don't think this will actually be implemented in hardware in time for launch, and some launch detect functionality can be done in software on the flight computer. See issue 11 in the av3-fc repo.

This functionality is now provided by the new 8 pin umbilical.
