Swap per_gene_support delimiters #182

With partition, the semicolon separates groups and colon separates items within the group. For consistency, I think the same should be in the per_gene_support columns, where each pair is colon-separated and the pairs are semicolon separated.

yes! good point. It's like that for consistency with the rest of the run-viterbi output, but I need to harmonize the run-viterbi and partition output.
