If you think that MFI from a flow cytometry sort is a reasonable enough proxy for binding affinity, you might be interested in the data from https://www.cell.com/immunity/fulltext/S1074-7613(19)30294-8 (see eg Fig 3D). Let me know...

ooh, great, thanks! I'll check it out.

We've also got two groups here that it looks like will soon be synthesizing sequences that we've picked out with aa-cdist (plus maybe a bit of aa-lbi), so fingers crossed we should have some actual prospective validation before too long.
