bug: First WARM_RESET does COLD_RESET #1

Somehow first WARM_RESET (F3) does COLD_RESET. This behavior disrupt normal work of GSPlayer (WC plugin) if GS has 512KB or more RAM. First opened MOD won't play due to long first WARM_RESET time. Second and further MODs are working OK.
