Allow shepherd to upload an image of the animal #13

Currently it is the shepherd's gravatar. Would be better for the animal#show to include either a fake eartag or picture of the animal.

Will want to rename the file upon upload so that it is the eartag of the sheep

Need to generate thumbnails of image

Hmmm. Not sure what I think of the eartag thumbnail or the sheep picture. The eartag isn't technically mine and the picture of the sheep looks small. Also, if we end up using a selector to pick the animal, this would be a moot discussion.

Let's leave it there for now. May come back to address later. Other ideas could include using a solid colored swatch that varies by year and farm
