RJL: There are several other languages with enhanced editing capabilities
in Eclipse. We should work on the cross-team issues to begin packaging
folding support for these other platforms.

As the support for folding stands right now, it pretty much involves 
coordinating
with the team responsible for the given editor to have them set up the 
appropriate
folding hooks in their configuration.

This is definitely something we want to investigate supporting more of; we just 
don't
have a great solution for it yet.
