It appears that this project is no longer maintained and lacks support for ARM (M1/M2/etc) processors. Here is a list of alternative apps:

Native:

Postico: https://eggerapps.at/ PostgreSQL Only
TablePlus: http://tableplus.com/ Similar to Postico but for multiple database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

Other:

Beekeeper (Electron app): https://github.com/beekeeper-studio/beekeeper-studio
DBeaver (Java app)
DataGrip (Java app)
DbGate

That's not a similar alternative (IMO) @snake302 because PSequel is native app and the Beekeper-studio is an Electron app, I think the closer solutions are (native apps):

TablePlus: http://tableplus.com Similar to Postico but for multiple database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

Those have both paid and community version (use for free with some limitations).

Other solutions: DataGrip (Java app and expensive), DBeaver (Java app, has community and paid version), Beekeeper (Electron app, has community and paid version)

Another (non-native) option is DbGate. It is completely free:

DbGate is [sic] cross-platform database manager. It's designed to be simple to use and effective, when working with more databases simultaneously. But there are also many advanced features like schema compare, visual query designer, chart visualisation or batch export and import.
