Things which may be nice to have there:

a link to the govhack page
a link to the github page
license info
relevant attributions for data being used
contact information of somebody?

I threw this up on a mock up of a design idea for this. There will be a screenshot within the more info issue just so I don't have to upload it twice. (as I did the footer at the same time)
