when using 23*9 to toggle, the following error in Plover 4.0.0rc2:

ERROR: engine on_stroked failed KeyError: 'fancytext_set'

OS Windows 10 Home, v 22H2, build 19045.3570 Stenography keyboard: TinyMod 3

Enabling the plugin under Configure/Plugins fixed the issue for me
