generate also documentation for google.api options #202

It would be cool if it will be possible to get swager/raml output based on google.api options. https://github.com/googleapis/googleapis/blob/master/google/api/http.proto

E.g.: https://github.com/gengo/grpc-gateway/

P.S.: maybe introduce something like plugin that will understand options and will generate additional docs, based on these options.
