Cant connect my laptop with pi3 for collecting images and training data #3

I am giving my local address both in laptop and pi3. but i cant connect client with server. I have used hamuchiwa file and it works but you file doesnt seem to be work. I am on windows 10 and executing it in pycharm. @pseudoyim @hamuchiwa
