Where: rssatom plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when rssatom plugin is activated <link 
href="/_ah/plugin/rssatom/feed?format=atom" type="application/atom+xml" 
rel="alternate" title="News" /> is generated in webpage html code.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Possiblity to use feed generated by plugin as a source in Feedburner and the 
Feedburners feed as a feed in webpage html output.
