Jython is using bpo to check CLA status #25

I noticed that what this says with respect to Jython is incorrect. We're still using bpo to check whether a CLA has been signed, but new contributors (who tell us they have signed) are not added.

We were discussing the gap migration has left by e-mail (@ambv), but the correspondence has gone quiet. Here fixing at source in case the presence of the error here is obscuring the problem.

Making it so seemed to be a possibility but my follow-up enquiries must be going into spam.

Sorry, just noticed this. I checked and no, your emails didn't get into spam but did indeed get filtered into a folder I rarely look into. I'm sorry, my fault entirely.

I'll follow up on this on Monday. What I remember you needed was the ability to check by email and/or Github username whether somebody signed the CLA or not with the PSF. This is on the todo list, I haven't gotten to it yet but I'll prioritize it now.

Sorry again for dropping the ball on this.
