Implement chart for validator activity (proposed blocks) #214

Issue

The backend now has the ability to provide statistics on blocks proposed by the validator. To improve the user interface, we need to integrate a chart displaying these statistics into the validator page.

Things done

Added a chart on the validator page that displays statistics of proposed blocks.
