Upgrade identity aliases to one-to-many

Issue

In the Dash Platform v1.0.0-rc.2 data contract schema of the DPNS was changed and introduced breaking changes.

Previously it was many aliases associated with one specific DPNS name, while now it is one alias name that can be linked with many identities.

Things done

• Drop unqiue index on identity_aliases table
• Upgrade DPNS names indexer processor
