Add platform total credits API in the status #224

Issue

Our project needed information on the total number of credits

Things done

To implement it I needed to take this branch and make some changes, because at the time of implementation of totalCreditsOnPlatform functionality in our project, dapi-client and dapi-grpc were not able to call totalCreditsOnPlatform and not throw an error.
